NECO introduces ₦50,000 fee for certificate reprints, one-year deadline for requests

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced that candidates will now be charged ₦50,000 for reprinting their certificates.

IDOMA VOICE reports that NECO Registrar Dantani Wushishi disclosed this in a statement made in Minna, Niger State.

Wushishi also mentioned that the ₦50,000 fee for certificate reprinting is subject to periodic review.

Additionally, NECO clarified that requests for certificate reprints must be made within one year of the original certificate issuance. Beyond this one-year window, NECO will no longer process such requests.

In line with the new reprinting policy, NECO has introduced a one-month deadline for candidates to correct their results. This period begins from the official release date of the results.
