Some hoodlums on Wednesday invaded the Otukpo Local Government Secretariat and looted the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, relief materials for flood victims.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the materials were being shared when some persons who were not okay with the process decided to disrupt the exercise.
Despite the presence of heavily armed security men, the process was disrupted by those who were not accredited and the materials were looted.
