  6. Travel Health Insurance: Obtain travel health insurance that covers at least €30,000 in medical expenses and emergency medical repatriation for the entire duration of your stay in the Schengen Area.

  7. Proof of Financial Means: Demonstrate that you have enough financial means to support yourself during your stay. This could include bank statements, proof of employment, or sponsorship documents.

  8. Proof of Employment or Study: If you’re employed, provide a letter from your employer stating your position, salary, and approval for your leave of absence. If you’re a student, provide a letter from your educational institution.

  9. Flight Reservation: Submit a flight itinerary or reservation indicating your entry and exit dates from the Schengen Area.

  10. Purpose of Visit: Clearly state the purpose of your visit, whether it’s for tourism, business, family visit, etc.

  11. Proof of Marital Status: If applicable, provide documents such as marriage certificates, birth certificates of children, etc.

  12. Additional Documentation: Depending on the purpose of your visit, you might need to provide additional documents. For example, if you’re attending a conference, you’d need an invitation from the conference organizers.

  13. Visa Fee: Pay the required visa fee, which can vary depending on your nationality and the type of visa you’re applying for.
