Ngbede receives defectors from APC, Labour Party, Accord Party into PDP in Apa, Agatu

The Benue State Deputy Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the immediate past State Chairman of PDP in Benue, Hon Sir John Ngbede, has assured thousands of APC, Labour Party members from Obagaji, Usha all in Agatu and others from Accord Party and APC in Apa, who defected from the opposition parties to PDP of equal treatment, saying they Decampees have taken the right decisions by joining the ruling PDP.

According to sir Ngbede, Benue is PDP and PDP is Benue, hence the need to join forces together with the party to emerge victorious come 2023 adding that the party’s victory is sacrosanct, assuring the Decampees that they won’t regret their decisions.

Earlier in their separate speeches, Leaders of Decampees from both Agatu and Apa (Amani Echoda from Accord party, James Odagboyi the Local Government party Chairman Accord party from Apa, Enogela Nmeji APC Elder from Apa, Ruben Gabriel Edo a stakeholder of APC from Oba Ward in Apa, Samson Adagitu a.k.a Puff Daddy, the Chairman of Labour Party in Agatu, Mallam Isah Imam from Usha in Agatu), all said they took the decision to join PDP alongside their supporters due to the irregularities in their political parties especially in APC, for the conduct of Yahoo Yahoo primary which according to them, has destroyed APC, while those from labour Party and Accord Party from both Apa/Agatu, jointly with APC, vowed to do everything humanly possible to ensure that PDP wins its elections from bottom to top in the forthcoming general elections, saying they have confidence in Uba/Ngbede ticket which according to them, would put smiles on the faces of the Benue people if elected.

The Following Party Men Decamped To PDP During The Official Inauguration Of UBA/NGBEDE YOUTHS VANGUARD CAMPAIGN OFFICE on the 1st October, 2022 in Apa Local Government. They include;

3. Mr. Imoni Sadauna, Former Principal, Methodist High School Usha who is an indigen of Obagaji.

4. Mr. Benedict Isaac from Egba Agatu among others too numerous to mention, led their supporters to PDP.

It will be recalled that, following the irregularities in APC due to litigations emanating from the Yahoo Yahoo conduct of it’s primary, the remaining members of (APC, Accord Party from Apa) as well as (APC and Labour Party from Agatu), recently dumped the party for PDP and were received by the political leader of Agatu, Hon Sir John Ngbede and other party stakeholders at separate venues in Usha, Obagaji and Ugbokpo both in
Apa/Agatu.
