Nigeria Immigration Service reportedly detains Dokpesi

The Chairman of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television (AIT), High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, is in the custody of Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) for over undisclosed reasons.

The politician, who was invited by the service on Tuesday, is said to be kept at the Controller General’s Investigation Department.

He arrived there at 2.00pm and was yet to be released at the time of this report.

Dokpesi had last week been arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, on his return from medical treatment abroad.
