No fewer than 24 Super Eagles’ players comprising of both foreign and home bases, are in camp ahead of the Nigeria vs Benin Republic African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match.
The Rohr men have been training since them resumed camp earlier this week with photos and videos of the stars in the field and gym circulating allover the internet.
However, IDOMA VOICE observed that Benue-born Moses Simon who is one of the first invitees to be announced, was yet to arrived camp despite the match being just two days away.
The 24 players currently in camp are Ahmed Musa, Troost-Ekong, Ola Aina, Ajayi, Henry Onyekuru, Peter Etebor, Adeleke, Awaziem, Shehu, Iwuala, Noble, Alex Iwobi, Balogun.
Others are Joe Aribo, Tyrone Ebuehi, Maduka Okoye, Collins, Onuachu, Uzoho, Sanusi, Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Osimhen and Kelechi Iheanacho.
The match is scheduled to take place on Saturday at the Charles De Gaulles Stadium, Porto Novo, Benin Republic, by 5.00pm (Nigerian time).
