Nigerian forward, Samuel Omorodion joins Atletico Madrid on five-year deal

Atletico Madrid’s acquisition of Samuel Omorodion, a Spanish-Nigerian talent, from Granada has been finalized through a five-year agreement.

Having secured a promotion to Granada’s senior squad during the previous season, Samuel made a notable impact by scoring against the Rojiblancos in a match that ended 3-1.

This particular game marked the inaugural appearance for the 19-year-old striker, originally from Nigeria, in Granada’s top-tier team, subsequent to his elevation from the club’s B squad.

During the previous campaign, Samuel exhibited his prowess by finding the net on 18 occasions while representing Granada’s B team.

Currently, Samuel is an active participant in the Spanish Under-19 national team setup.
