A Nigerian lady, Saadat Aliyu, has developed an app called “Helpio App” to help orphans, less privileged to report cases of sexual abuse.
Angered by the growing trend of underreported gender-violence, Aliyu who is the founder of Shamrock Innovations, Women and Youth-Centric Tech Innovation Hub situated in Kano state, launched the app in 2020 on the play store, a Google-owned apps platform for android user.
