  1. The Department of State Services (DSS) in Katsina State has arrested Kabir Shehu Yandaki and Habibu Ruma, leaders of the “Struggle for Good Governance” protest, after inviting them to the DSS office.

  2. Mustapha Mohammed, a 32-year-old social media user, was arrested by the Adamawa State Police Command for allegedly fabricating a statement against a federal representative from Mubi North/Mubi South/Maiha on Facebook.

  3. Nigeria’s money supply (M3) reached a record N101.34 million in June 2024, which may worsen the country’s inflation, according to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
