Nnadozie makes final shortlist for 2024 CAF Awards

Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2024 CAF Women’s Player of the Year award.

The Paris FC shot-stopper is one of five nominees for the coveted title, competing against Morocco’s Sanna Msoudy, Zambia’s Barbara Banda, and Malawi’s Tabitha Chawinga and Themwa Chawinga.

Nnadozie is also in contention for the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award, a title she first claimed in 2023. At just 24 years old, she will be looking to defend her crown in this category.

The CAF Awards ceremony will take place on December 16, 2024, in Marrakech, Morocco.
