Nollywood actor, Lekan Olatunji loses wife, Wunmi

Nollywood actor Lekan Olatunji has suffered the heartbreaking loss of his wife, Wunmi.

The circumstances surrounding Wunmi Olatunji’s passing remain unclear as of the time of this report, but it is evident that the actor is currently grappling with deep grief.

Wunmi Olatunji, not only an actress but also a movie producer, shared three children with the actor and left an indelible mark in the entertainment industry, having appeared in more than 20 films during her career. Her full name, Omowunmi Ifedolapo Olatunji, reflects her rich educational background, which included secondary education at African Church Grammar School, Abeokuta, followed by a course in Hotel Management at Government Technical College. She furthered her education at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, earning an HND in Business Administration. Later, she pursued a BSc in Business Administration at Chrisland University and completed her MBA at LAUTECH. Impressively, as of May 2022, she was in the midst of pursuing another BSc degree in Estate Management at Chrisland University. In addition to her academic pursuits, she contributed to public service by working with the Bureau of Lands and Survey.

Wunmi Olatunji’s diverse achievements and contributions have left a lasting legacy, and her untimely departure is undoubtedly a profound loss to her family, the Nollywood community, and beyond.
