Maduka Okoye has reflected on his first appearance for the Super Eagles in two years.
Okoye, who was in goal for the Super Eagles during their 2-1 loss to Rwanda in the final Group D match of the AFCON 2025 qualifiers, expressed his happiness at returning to the team.
His last appearance for the Eagles was in the round of 16 against Tunisia at the 2021 AFCON.
Despite the defeat, the Udinese goalkeeper shared his excitement about donning the national team jersey once again.
