Former Nigerian international, Sunday Oliseh has advised Victor Osimhen to consider departing from Napoli, the Serie A champions.
Oliseh made this suggestion in response to a video in which Osimhen arrived at Napoli’s team hotel before their home game against Udinese on Wednesday.
In the video, Osimhen exchanged a handshake with Napoli’s Team Manager but chose not to interact with some of his teammates due to a fallout with the club.
The discord between Osimhen and Napoli stemmed from a controversial video posted on the club’s TikTok account. In this video, Osimhen was ridiculed while appealing for a penalty against Bologna over the weekend.
Roberto Calenda, Osimhen’s lawyer, released a statement on his behalf indicating that the Super Eagles striker was contemplating legal action against Napoli.
Additionally, reports surfaced that Osimhen had removed all Napoli-related posts from his social media.
