Wema Bank is currently at the receiving end of harsh criticism over the nasty behaviour its Chief Human Resources Officer Mrs. Ololade Ogungbenro.
The bank has been asked to fire Ogungbenro over her cruel attitude towards employees of the company and she claimed no one can question her.
Several sources have claimed that the lady is rude and assaults fellow staff at will.
Some Twitter users have claimed that Ogungbenro is fond torturing fellow staff , most of the individuals working in the bank who can’t bear it, had to resign due to this. And Wema Bank haven’t done anything to stop this.
