The Nigerian Senate confirmed Ola Olukoyede as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Muhammad Hammajoda was also confirmed as the Secretary of the anti-graft agency.
These confirmations were made following their screening by the upper chamber, about a week after their appointments by President Bola Tinubu.
The Senate also screened and confirmed Halima Shehu as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA). Further details are expected to be provided.
