Omah Lay sends message to lady he danced with during London concert

Nigerian singer Omah Lay has extended a shoutout to the female fan he shared a dance with during his performance on the European leg of his ‘Boy Alone Tour’ at the Eventim Apollo in London on Tuesday, February 20.

Following the incident where Omah Lay invited a female fan, reportedly attending the concert with her boyfriend, to join him on stage during the rendition of his song ‘Bend You,’ there was a wave of controversy. Videos capturing their silhouettes circulated online, sparking criticism from many quarters.

Despite the criticism, Omah Lay has conveyed his affection for the fan. In a video circulating on social media, British-Nigerian media personality, Shopsydoo, prompted Omah Lay to give a shoutout to the fan, identified as Fafa.

Shopsydoo: “Sir, give Fafa a shoutout, your fan.”

Omah Lay: “Fafa, is that her name? Fafa, I love you.”
