The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, will on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 present the Certificate of Return to the winner of the just-concluded governorship election in Ondo State to Rotimi Akeredolu.
Akeredolu of the APC won the election after polling 292,830 votes to defeat his close challengers, Eyitayo Jegede of PDP and Ajayi Agboola of ZLP to retain his seat for another four years.
INEC said the “presentation of certificate of return will hold on Tuesday at the INEC office in Akure, the state capital.”
