Ondo election: Akeredolu wins 16 of 18 LGAs, Jegede gets two

Governor Rotimi  Akeredolu win in 16 local governments areas of 18 LGAs of the state in the Saturday’s guber election held in Ondo State.

From result announced so far, Akeredolu, who was the candidate of the APC won in Akoko South East, Akoko South West, Akoko North West, Akoko North East, Idanre, Irele, Ileoluji/Okeigbo, Ondo East, Owo, Ondo West, Ese-Odo, Ilaje, Okitipupa, Odigbo and Ose.

Meanwhile, Jegede of PDP won only two local government areas, viz; Akure North and Akure South.

Agboola of ZLP lost his Ese-Odo LG to Akeredolu.
