Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has stated that he will not relent until he apprehends suspected notorious criminal and his estranged ally, Terwase ‘Ghana’ Akwaza.
Ortom made this pledge at a stakeholders forum in Makurdi, the Benue State capital on Monday.
According to him,”The United Nations and other agencies assisted us in the destruction of over 600 weapons seized in the course of the amnesty last year. We believe that in the very near future the gang leader, Mr. Terwase Akwaza, alias Ghana will be apprehended and prosecuted. There is every need for all stakeholders to partner with us in this all important fight.
