Ochogwu Abbas Ogbeh is a 1985 graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Lagos and was called to the Bar in 1986.
He served in Akure, Ibadan and Lagos before he moved to Abuja Force Headquarters to Head the Police Legal Department
