Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue have reportedly sworn in 9 new commissioners.

1. Hon. Torkuma Manger- Commissioner for Works ,Transport and Energy.

2. Hon. Joseph Shimaor -Commissioner for Information.

3. Hon. Aarga Shiaondo -Commissioner for Water Resources .

4. Hon. Kachina Tyowanan – Industry ,Trade and Investment.

5. Hon. Aladi Ajene Ishegbe- women Affairs.

6. Hon. Iorver Andrew- Rural Development and cooperatives .

7. Hon. Salamatu Idi – Youth and sports.

8. Hon.Dr. Ekonu Emmanuel – Health and Human services

9. Hon. Hycynth Nyakuma- Agriculture and Natural Resources .
