Benue State Commissioner for Education, Prof Dennis Tyavyar, has led a Benue special delegation to Rivers State to deliver to the paramount Ruler of Abonnema, Karabali Kingdom, HRM, King (Barr) Disrael Gbobo Bob-Manuel, letter of appointment as the newest Chancellor of Benue State University, Makurdi.
The visit is coming after the recent appointment of the Rivers monarch as the new Chancellor of the state university.
Other members of the delegation were: The Commissioner for Agriculture & Natural Resources, Timothy A. ijir, PhD, The Commissioner for Industries & Cooperatives Merga Kachinah Esq, BSU Pro-Chancellor, Prof Zach Gundu, BSU VC, ProfTor Iorapuu, BSU Bursar, ST Hon SAN and other Benue citizens resident in Rivers State.
In similar vein, the Honorable Commissioner for Agriculture Timothy A. ijir, PhD attended the Benue-Rivers Agricultural and Food Value Chain Collaboration today 16 June in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Capital.
