Osinachi Marvis Ohale, born on 21st December 1991, is a prominent Nigerian professional footballer known for her prowess as a centre back or right back. She is a key player for Deportivo Alavés, a Spanish Liga F club, as well as a vital member of the Nigeria women’s national team.

Club Career: Ohale’s club career has taken her to various football leagues around the world. She began her journey with Houston Dash in the National Women’s Soccer League during the 2014 season before returning to Nigeria to play for Rivers Angels.

In 2016, she made her move to Sweden, joining Vittsjö GIK in the Damallsvenskan league. Later, in August 2018, she transferred to Vaxjo DFF, where she continued to showcase her defensive abilities.

Her talents attracted the attention of Spanish side CD Tacón, where she signed a permanent contract on 11th September 2019. Ohale’s performance in her debut game for the club was remarkable, contributing to a 3–0 victory over Sporting de Huelva.

On 30th July 2020, Ohale made a historic move to A.S. Roma Women in the Serie A Women’s League. She expressed excitement about the new challenge and her desire to explore new experiences with the club.

International Career: Ohale has been a prominent figure in the Nigerian national team, representing her country in several major tournaments. She played a crucial role in the African Women’s Championship tournaments of 2010, 2014, 2016, and 2018, with Nigeria winning the competition on all four occasions.
