Nigeria’s Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday visited the APC’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at his residence in Abuja.
At the visit were the APC’s vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
Opposition parties have been fueling rumours that all was not well between the duo as his name was not mentioned in the APC’s Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).
Some said Osinbajo deliberately stayed away as he did not want to get involved in Tinubu’s campaign.
The insinuation was punctured when Tinubu paid Osinbajo a visit some months ago to douse any tension.
Today’s visit by the vice president to the APC presidential candidate’s residence showed that there is no crisis between the two.
However, their discussions were not made public.
