The Otukpa community in Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State has gifted his Eminence, Oliver Ali Abah, the Prelate of Methodist Church Nigeria a new car.
The car gift was presented to Dr Abah at a grand reception organised to honour him for investiture as the new leader of Methodist Church Nigeria
The car was presented to Abah by the chairman of the occasion, Gen Chris Abutu Garuba (Rtd) and Och’Otukpa, HRH Sunday Oche Ekele
Abah, who recently emerged the Prelate of Methodist Church and had his installation at the Methodist Church of the Trinity, Tinubu, Lagos on Sunday, 13th November, 2022 had his grand reception at his hometown Otukpa on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at LGA Primary School Olachagbaha Otukpa, Benue state.
The occasion was organized by the Otukpa community to mark the reign of the prelate in Methodist Church Nigeria also to congratulate him on the position he clinched being a first northerner to be the prelate of Methodist church Nigeria since its inception on September 24, 1842.
The Executive chairman Ogbadibo Local Government council, Hon David Abah Umoru and his Vice, Hon Regina Lawani on their part expressed gratitude to the senator representing Benue South distinguished senator Patrick Abba Moro, Och’Idoma HRM Agaba-Idu Eliagwu Odogbo Obagaji John and all his chiefs, Honourable commissioner of Housing and Urban development of Benue state, Hon Chief Egbe Ogbu, members from the Christian community, politicians and others for coming to Ogbadibo to honour His Eminence, Dr Oliver Ali Abah on the occasion of the grand reception ceremony organized by Otukpa community.
