Otukpo Diocesan Silver Jubilee celebration: Abounu, Oche, Alli, others storm St. Francis Cathedral

Ado Local Government Chairman, James Oche, his Otukpo and Ogbadibo counterparts George Alli and Prince Onuh were among other council chairmen who were present at the Otukpo Catholic Diocesan Silver Jubilee.

The Council chairmen who were on the entourage of the Benue State Deputy Governor, Engr. Benson Abounu worshipped at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Cathedral, Otukpo.

In his address Engr Abounu appreciated God for the grace occasioned the catholic church in Idoma Land and prayed many years of endless spiritual fatherhood on Bishop Michael Apochi.

In a media parley with journalists at the venue, Oche extended his warm wishes to the Catholic Community of the Otukpo Diocese, praying the good lord to grow the church from strength to strength.

Earlier in the homily, Bishop of Otukpo Catholic Diocese, Michael Apochi tasked Christians to pray for the growth of the church.
