Otukpo/Ohimini 2019: Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi attends late Mr. Sunday Okoh’s funeral right in Owukpa (Photos/Video)

Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi, the member representing Otukpo/Akpa State constituency at the Benue State House of Assembly, who doubles as the deputy speaker of the House on Friday August 10th, 2018 attends the funeral right of late Mr. Sunday Okoh, the father of Fedrick Okoh (Save), the chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Otukpo township ward 3 in Ugbugbu Owukpa, Ogbadibo local government area of Benue State.

Hon. Egli who is also a Federal House of Representatives hopeful to represent Otukpo/Ohimini federal constituency in 2019 on PDP platform said his going all the way to Owukpa for the funeral right is borne out of his love and support for Mr. Save who was one of those who contributed greatly to his success as a state lawmaker today.

In his words: ” Me coming to this place today is not to campaign or anything but to reciprocate Save’s effort and support during the election that brought me to where I am today.

“By the special grace of God, our coming here next time will be for a child naming or marriage ceremony.

“The people of Ogbadibo are very much my people because today, I’m opportune to be the deputy speaker of the Benue Assembly which is not restricted to my constituency alone but the entire Benue State. I will be willing to come back here when ever the Ogbadibo people call on me.” potential federal lawmaker added.
