The leadership of the Benue Rebirth Movement, BRM,has expressed gratitude to Senator Abba Moro for his intervention of the deplorable state of Otukpo township road.
IDOMA VOICE reports that Senator Moro had penultimate week personally mobilized bulldozer to give the abandoned road a facelift.
BRM described Sen. Moro’s intervention as timely.
The group as lauded the Benue State Deputy Governor, Benson Abounu for donating equipment for the project.
The AVM Monday Morgan Riku (Rtd)-led group in a statement released on Friday, also thanked other Idoma sons and daughters for their contributions in cash towards the noble course.
The statement reads:
Good morning good people of Idoma nation. I want to thank all of you that have heard our clarion call for donations towards Idoma common problems and indeed Benue South
Within 10 days of call we have raised these funds. Indeed, it has strengthened my resolve to be committed to Idoma cause.
We want to thank the Distinguished Senator Abba Morro for his personal intervention at the moment, the Deputy Governor Engr Benson Abounu, who has magnanimously donated his earth movement equipment for the project, id#oma retired and serving generals have been contributing hugely in cash, while a lot of Idoma entrepreneurs have made huge financial contributions too.
The desired unity in Idoma has been achieved. Gradually, united we shall fight the zone c course come 2023.
