Outcome of meeting between students, management of Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo

The management and students representatives of Benue State Polytechnic Ugbokolo having called for a joint meeting to address different issues that have led to the disruption of academic process in the school came to a resolution.

Following discussion and deliberation on various grievance raised by students of the institution and the management, the following resolution berry agreed to:

“1. The five thousand Naira (5000.00) charge as late school payment of school fees is here by cancelled immediately.

“2. The No school fees payment, No project supervisor is here by cancelled immediately.

“3. That all unreceipted payment s are here cancelled .
4. The official registration fees and template will be worked out and publicized sonnets.

“5. That issue raised about maintenance of structure and Hostel facilities such as electricity , water and sanitation are already been address and will continue to be serviced for effective and efficient management of the facilities.

“All parties are enjoined faithfully abide by this agreement as normal academic activity continue immediately please.” They agreed.

The statement was signed by Ag. Registra Barr. Ejeh J. A and Rector, Dr usman Kuti.
