In a verified update posted on its official ‘x’ handle on Friday evening, the government stated: “Please take note of this important announcement regarding movement restrictions in Oyo State on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

“Total restriction of movement has been declared by the Oyo State Government for tomorrow, Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

“Exceptions to these restrictions apply only to providers of essential services.”
