Panic as money paid for 20 bags of rice mysteriously turns papers in Delta (VIDEO)

A mysterious event occured in Ogwashi-Ukwu, a town in Delta state after money given to a rice seller for 20 bags of rice turn to papers.

It was gathered that the buyer who came in white Toyota sienna bought the 20 bags of rice at the rate of over N400,000.

However, the seller counted the money and it was complete when it was handed over to her, but on reaching her shop from the Bank, she discovered papers instead of money.

At the time this was discovered, the buyer drove away the 20 bags of rice without any traces.
