Pastor Ezekiel Atang’s death: God’s House of Refuge breaks silence

God’s House of Refuge has officially announced the death of its founder, Pastor Ezekiel Atang.

IDOMA VOICE reports that Atang died on Monday at age 49, just few days to his 50th birthday.

In a statement released by the church, Atan, they said will be remembered for his life-changing messages and signature programmes like; Singles Frank Talk and Fresh Wine for Couples.

The statement signed by Stanley Orji, Resident Pastor, said though a aeneral has taken his final lists, but the church marches on.

The statement reads below.

It is with gratitude to God for an impactful life on earth that we. the Leadership and Members God’s House of Refuge. announce that our Lead Pastor and Father in the Lord, Pst Ezekiel Atang has passed on to glory.

His sudden demise occured on Sunday, 20th February. 2022. while in active pastoral duties at Onitsha, Anambra State. Pitt Ezekiel while on earth led it very purposeful and impactful life. Fie was an ardent preacher of the word, a passionate soul winner, a transformational leader and a family builder of repute.

He will be remembered for his life-changing messages and signature programmes like; Singles Frank Talk and Fresh Wine for Couples.

We’re elated that he left worthy legacies behind and are poised to fire on with the baton without looking back. Be assured that his sift. children. fussily and the church he MI behind are all doing well.

His demise is no doubt painful. we wish he had stayed longer, but we’ve learned to submit to God’s sovereign will for it is the best for us. We will never mourn hopelessly. We appreciate all the calls, visits and prayers at this time. Please keep praying for us. His burial arrangements will be announced soon.
A General has taken his final lists but the church marches on.
