In attendance were other friends and ministers of the Gospel which include Pastor Alex William Ilani, Pastor Abel Duniya, Chris Morgan and wife Eunice, Pastor Gideon Agene, Pastor Abel Success, Rev Moses Gracefield, Dr Nelson Ogbemudia, Pastor Timothy Akase, among others.
Pastor Patrick, 51, who slept in the Lord on February 13, 2022 was a Pastor, husband, father, life coach, mentor and an Administrator, whose demise has brought an outpouring of grief across the body of Christ. He existed as a tool in God’s hands for making people the exact persons He created them to be; a people of Glory.
Pastor Patrick Ugbeikwu believes in service. He is a dogged believer in servant leadership. He loves to serve and has served notable men of God, among whom are: Reverend Joe Morgan Ejeh, Bishop Charles Olowojoba and Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche, in whose ministry he served for ten years and eight months. As ordained by God, his tutelage and service was to be for only ten years. Once that happened, he was not ready to have it cross into the eleventh year. Hence his resignation after it had encroached into the eighth month of what would have been the eleventh year. This exit became the beginning of Doxa Victory Embassy (DOVE), a ministry name that God gave to him and his wife when their second daughter was christened in February, 2009.
On the 5th of October, 2014, Patrick Ugbeikwu together with his wife, pioneered Doxa Victory Embassy, a growing church, in Kubwa, Abuja, Nigeria. The church was inaugurated by His Grace, Archbishop John Praise Daniel, one man who provided fatherly cover for him during his exit process from his former assignment, on the 15th of December, 2014 at Algos Hotel, Kubwa.
As President and Founder of the church, Patrick was committed to building a 21st century church where everybody is somebody and God matters more than everybody. He pioneered Doxa with a global focus and dream. As Patrick would define, the vision of the church is to preach God’s inspiration to men to make them the exact persons God created them to be; a mission that took his complete devotion and whose impact was tangibly evident until it pleased God to call his servant home.
Pastor Patrick also served as President, Patrick Ugbeikwu Ministries, International (PUMI), the outreach arm and Doxa School of Ministerial Arts (DOSMA), the training arm of the ministry.
Dr. Patrick Awuru Ugbeikwu was a Pastor in the full sense of the word, a gifted teacher, life coach, seminar/conference speaker, a Pastor of Pastors, Counsellor and prolific writer. He released his second book “48 Laws of Marriage that Produce Heaven on Earth” in 2021.
He was married to Pastor Ugbeikwu Cynthia Anne and blessed with three lovely children, Ella, Doxa and Bishop.
Pastor Patrick’s message and person carried hope and restored glory to everyone he came across. He preached and lived the word of God.
His impact, influence, and legacy live on in the hearts, minds, and lives of his members he left behind as well as his families and covenant friends. They are greatly persuaded, that for him, it is now gain.
