PDP speaks on 10 of it’s governors defecting to APC

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has reacted to a statement attributed to the Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, who said that 10 governors from the party are set to defect to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Bello made the comment during an interview on Channels Television “Politics Today” hosted by Seun Okinbaloye.

Reacting to the development in a statement to the Press, the deputy national publicity secretary of the PDP, Diran Odeyemi, simply said that the Kogi Governor was ‘Hallucinating’.

“When the going was good, APC governors were joining the PDP. So, what has gone right in their party that will now attract any of our governors to them? He is hallucinating, he is dreaming big.” he said.

Bello’s statements are coming a day after the APC dissolved its National Working Committee, NWC in order to reconcile warring factions within the party.
