Peace Corps of Nigeria: Read the court’s judgment that nailed Nigeria Police, DSS (ATTACHED)

An Abuja Federal High Court has explained why it gave the Inspector General of Police, the National Security Adviser, and the Director General of Department of State Security Services, DSS, ultimatum to justify the clampdown on the Peace Corps of Nigeria.
The judge while delivering ruling in an ex-parte motion filed by the Incorporated Trustees of PCN, the judge held that the DSS, Police and NSA must justify their affidavit evidence why previous judgements of the court in favour of Peace Corps were not complied with.
