Sociopolitical activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has claimed that 90% of the people that attended the Peter Obi rally on Saturday in Nasarawa town, Nasarawa State were paid.
IDOMA VOICE reports that thousands of people took to streets of Nasarawa town on Saturday to stage a rally in support of Obi.
The protesters urged Nigerians not to sell their votes in 2023 but vote for Peter Obi.
However, Adeyanju believes that most of the people who attended the rally will not vote for Obi because they were paid to attend.
He tweeted, “Sorry to break your hearts guys but Peter Obi won’t still win even half of an LGA in Nasarawa after the rally yesterday. You will be shocked that 90% of those who came out to protest yesterday did so because someone paid them and they won’t vote him. Vawulence dropped, bye.”
