Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro, has announced a 23-player squad in preparation for their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe later this month.
Among the selected players are some fresh faces receiving their first call-ups, such as Jordan Torunarigha, Victor Boniface, and Gift Orban. Additionally, Bruno Onyemaechi and Raphael Onyedika have also earned invitations.
Notable and experienced players like Kelechi Ihenacho, Taiwo Awoniyi, Victor Osimhen, Wilfred Ndidi, and William Troost-Ekong have also been included in the squad.

The upcoming match is scheduled to take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
