Pete Edochie reveals Nollywood actress he loves most

Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie shared his fondness for actress Genevieve Nnaji, naming her as his favorite screen daughter.

Edochie, a legendary figure in the Nigerian film industry, in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, expressed his deep admiration for Genevieve’s talent and character.

According to Edochie, of all the actresses who have portrayed his daughters in movies, Genevieve Nnaji holds a special place in his heart.

He considers her like a real daughter and appreciates the bond they share both on and off the screen. He praised Genevieve’s exceptional brilliance and acknowledged her as a talented actress and individual.

“Of all the girls that have played my daughters in movies, Genevieve [Nnaji] is the one I love most. I look at her as my daughter, and she took me as her father. And she is a brilliant lady, an exceptionally brilliant lady,” Edochie said.

During the interview, Edochie also mentioned that he had tried to reach out to Genevieve when he heard that she was going through some challenges.
