Operatives from the office of the Inspector General of Police have reportedly arrested the founder and commandant of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Dickson Akoh.
According to lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju, Akoh was picked up around 4 PM on Friday and has since remained incommunicado.
He wrote on Facebook, “It’s absolutely unbelievable that police officers from the IGP’s office arrested Dickson Akoh over a landlord and tenant dispute and have kept him incommunicado since 4 PM today. Crazy things are truly happening!”
