The Niger State Police Command has apprehended a man for the alleged theft of two female horses in Chekungi village, Bida Local Government Area of the state.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, the arrest came as a result of a report received by A Division Bida.
The incident was initially reported when two female horses were discovered missing from a farm at Chekungi village on Sunday, October 3, 2023, around 9:11 am. The stable housed approximately five horses.
