Police set venue, date, requirements for constables’ physical screening

The Enugu State Police Command has released details regarding the venue, date, and requirements for the screening of successful applicants applying for the position of police constable.

In an announcement made by the Command’s Spokesman, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, on Friday in Enugu, it was conveyed that the physical and credentials screening exercise for successful applicants of Enugu State origin in the ongoing 2022 police constable recruitment, both in the general duty and specialist cadres, is scheduled to commence on Monday, January 8, 2024.

The screening sessions will commence daily at 7 a.m. and take place at the Senior Police Officers Mess, located on Agbani Road, Enugu.

Applicants are urged to visit http://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng to print their invitation slips, specifying the date mentioned in their invitation. It is mandatory for applicants to appear in clean white T-shirts and shorts during the screening.

Emphasizing the importance of compliance, the Command’s spokesman stated that failure to present the required items would result in the disqualification of applicants from the screening process.
