Portable threatens to fight in Europe over stolen money

Renowned Hip Hop artist Habeeb Okikiola, widely recognized as Portable, faced a distressing incident during his European tour.

Following his performance at an event, the singer was taken aback upon realizing that the money sprayed on him had been stolen.

Expressing his frustration, an angered Portable caused a commotion on the street, directing his outrage towards the individual responsible for the theft.

In a widely circulated video, the Zazoo singer could be witnessed venting his grievances.

“This man na m*d man. U*eless human being. All my money wey de spray me, this man don carry am run. This u*less man! Oga, I go beat you for here. I be street boy for Lagos,” he said in Pidgin.

Portable is infamous for his controversial lifestyle, frequently making headlines for various unusual incidents.

In November 2022, he displayed his anger over damage to his Range Rover during a concert in Ijegun, Lagos State.

In October 2022, the singer recounted an alarming experience of being extorted €2000 and nearly facing a fatal attack while en route to a concert in Italy.

In September 2022, he was disinvited as one of the guest artists set to perform at a show in South Africa.

In April of the same year, he faced legal proceedings at a magistrate’s court in Ifo, Ogun State, on a five-count charge related to assault and theft.
