His words, “A Bill for an Act to establish the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, Benue State to make comprehensive provisions for its due management and administration and for matters connected therewith, 2020 (SB. 216) by Senator Abba Moro.

“The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has graciously approved the university. What we are doing here is playing the legislative role for its establishment. The basis for the establishment of this university cannot be underscored and should be supported by all Nigerians.”
