President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made several key appointments, which include top prosecutor Rotimi Oyedepo, and six other individuals who are to serve in the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja. These appointments fall under the jurisdiction of the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi.

Kamarudeen Ogundele: He has been appointed as the special assistant to the President on communication and publicity.
Hussein Oloyede: His role will be special assistant on arbitration, drafting, and regulations.
Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN): Appointed as the special assistant on financial crimes and public prosecution compliance.
Monsurat Gafar: Her position is special assistant on coordination and intergovernmental agency relations.
Marcus-Obiene Fernández: He will serve as the special assistant on justice sector reforms and ICT/digital and innovative technology.
Ahmed Wada: His role will be special assistant on special duties.
Tolu Obamuroh: Appointed as the technical adviser on oil and gas, arbitration, and international disputes.p
