Barr. Veronica Ndanusa is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Board of Administration of Nigeria (FCIBAN).

She is an entrepreneur and a legal practitioner. She is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Vertimas Nigeria Ltd and Veeznature Best, a company involved in the production of Shea Butter and Packaging of Local foods.

She is the Director of the Nigerian Association of Women Entrepreneurs, NAWE. She is also an Executive Member of Niger State Chamber of Commerce, Mines and Industry.
