Reactions as Unillorin releases new dressing code for female students

The management of the University of Illorin (Unillorin), has released a new dressing code.

According to a copy of the dress code spotted online by IDOMA VOICE correspondent, all wears above knee level are banned, “hair extensions with colours such as Blue, Green, White, Yellow, Red, Pink, and Purple or combination of any of these colours are not acceptable”.

The notice also went further to read that “hairstyle should not carry inscriptions”.

Following the ban on indecent dressing, IDOMA VOICE learnt via social media posts that Unilorin security officers were arresting females with nose rings and colored/long hair on Wednesday.

One of the Ladies was seen in one of the videos crying profusely.

The development elicited mixed reactions on social media.
