NARD President, Dr. Dele Abdullahi, announced the strike in a statement to the press, confirming that it will begin at midnight on Monday, August 26, 2024.
The decision was made during an Emergency National Executive Council meeting held virtually on Sunday, August 25, 2024.
Abdullahi stressed that the strike would be comprehensive, with no emergency services provided during this time.
