Governor Samuel Ortom had again tested negative for COVID-19.
This is the second time the governor would be undergoing COVID-19 test.
Ortom had gone into isolation following his contact with some of his friends who had contracted the deadly disease.
However, the test of his result is out and it shows the governor does not have the virus.
A statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Mr. Terver Akase, in Makurdi, said Ortom tested negative for COVID-19 on Dec. 14, some of his close aides, however, tested positive.
He said the development made it necessary for him to go into isolation as the NCDC protocol demands.
