Two persons, Friday Emmanuel and Obiora Nwabueze, were yesterday dragged before a Magistrate Court in Ajegunle, Lagos State for allegedly stealing ladies pants.
The police said the suspects were arrested after a fight broke out between them over minor disagreement.
Lagos State Police Spokesman, Bala Elkana said operatives of the State Police Command, Satellite Division, on Saturday April 20, 2019, arrested the accused persons who gave their names as Friday Emmanuel, 21 and Obiora Nwabueze, 29 at Mile 2 under the bridge while at each other’s throat.
Elkana said both accused persons were arrested after engaging each other in a fisticuffs following failure of one of the parties to keep to the terms of agreement regarding stealing of female pants.
He said Friday Emmanuel, said Obiora Nwabueze tasked him to steal used female pants for a fee of thirty thousand Naira, but failed to keep to the terms of agreement.
