The videographer was picked by detectives from the Delta State Police Command, IDOMA VOICE REPORTS.
A source said the suspect will be charged to court on allegations of inciting violence, false information and other criminal charges in relation to the cybercriminal laws.
Reacting, however, the group called on the Nigeria Police to release Makolo unconditionally.
It tweeted, “We condemn the arrest and detention of the Videographer behind the Ughelli incident.
“We learnt that the Delta State Police command arrested Nicholas Makolo for releasing the video which sparked the recent #EndSARS outrage. We urge the @PoliceNG to release him unconditionally.”
